About some questions of Tunduk open joint stock company

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of Tunduk open joint stock company, according to Articles 66, of 70, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to transfer functions on realization of powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on performance as the shareholder in Tunduk open joint stock company from the Ministry of digital development and innovative technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic in Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) to bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.

2. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for further enhancement of digital transformation in the field of public administration" of March 17, 2025 No. 91 the following change:

- to declare the subitem 8 of Item 5 invalid.

3. To Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) together with the Ministry of digital development and innovative technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this Decree;

2) to take measures for provision in use to Tunduk open joint stock company of state-owned property in accordance with the established procedure.

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This Decree becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
