About establishment of structure and format of data

Based on part three of Item 7-3 of Article 85, of parts two and third Item 10 of Article 141 and part two of Item 10 of article 141-1 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish structure and format:

data on the Belarusian organizations, the Belarusian individual entrepreneurs, their turnovers on sales of goods according to appendix 1;

the information about the Belarusian service provider on its turnovers on rendering of services according to appendix 2;

data on cost of the rendered services, including services which place of realization the territory of the Republic of Belarus, and services electronically according to appendix 3 is recognized;

the information about the Belarusian supplier of goods on its turnovers on sales of goods according to appendix 4.

2. The data specified in Item 1 of this resolution are presented in the form of the electronic document in the JSON format (JavaScript Object Notation) in the coding of UTF-8 symbols (Unicode Transformation Format, 8-bit).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
