About entering of amendments into the Law "About the State Fee"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on November 13, 2025

Article 1. No. ZR-186 "About the state fee" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 20 of the Law of December 27, 1997 with Items 71-74 of the following content:

"71. for participation in qualification examination of the realtor	in 30-fold size of basic duty
72. for renewal of the competence certificate of the realtor	in triple size of basic duty
73. "For data entry about the real estate through the unified information system provided by the law "About Realtor Activities":
a) for individuals (for each unit of the real estate)	in the amount of basic duty
b) for realtors, the organizations for real estate administration, the realtors and managing directors of the real estate who are individual entrepreneurs (for every year)	in 450-fold size of basic duty
74. "For ensuring interaction of the websites on property sale with the unified information system provided by the law "About Realtor Activities" (for every year)	in 5000-fold size of basic duty".

Article 2. This law becomes effective since November 1, 2026, except for Items 73 and 74 of this Law supplemented by article 1 of part 1 of article 20 of the Law which become effective since June 1, 2027.
