About entering of amendments into the Law "About Road Transport"

Article 1. In article 4 of the Law of December 5, 2006 "About road transport" (further - the Law) the paragraph "cabotage transportations" after words by "vehicle" to add No. ZR-233 with words "carrier of other state".
Article 2. Regarding the 2nd article 7 of the Law after the words "the specified cases" to add the word and the offer "or the cabotage transportations performed in the territory of the Republic of Armenia by carriers of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union. The carriers registered in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union can perform cabotage transportations in the territory of the Republic of Armenia only after completion of interstate transportation of goods by road transport. Requirements to implementation of cabotage transportations in the territory of the Republic of Armenia by carriers of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union affirm authorized body".
1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
2. The corresponding subordinate regulatory legal act caused by adoption of this law is accepted within six months after the introduction of this law in force.
