About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the paragraph the tenth the subitem "an" and the paragraph the twelfth the subitem "b" of item 4 of changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2021 No. 1651 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 41, the Art. 6967);

the subitem "b" of Item 8 (in the part concerning the paragraph of the eighth) changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2023 No. 2003 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 49, the Art. 8757).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for paragraphs two - the fourth and eighth subitem "g", paragraphs of the fourth and fifth subitem "d", paragraphs two, the fifth and sixth subitem "z" of Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since April 1, 2026.
