According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the security market", "About joint-stock companies and protection of shareholder rights", and also the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 27, 2017 to No. PP-3150 "About the organization of activities of the National agency of perspective projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan", I order:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for determination of the size of own means of trustees by investment assets and average annual value of investment assets according to appendix No. 1*.

2. Recognize invalid some departmental regulatory legal acts according to appendix No. 2.

3. This order is approved with the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship and with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
