About approval of Regulations about supervision of Single Central Securities Depository

Based on part (14) Art. 75-1 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, No. 297-300, the Art. 544), with subsequent changes, and parts (1) and (3) Art. 23 of the Law on Single Central Securities Depository No. 234/2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 343-346, the Art. 711), with subsequent changes, the Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations about supervision of Single Central Securities Depository it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 158/2018 on approval of Regulations on supervision of single Central Securities Depository (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 277-284, the Art. 1169), registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1344 of July 19, 2018.

3. The control procedures which are carried out by National Bank of Moldova concerning Single Central Securities Depository which are in process of accomplishment on the date of entry into force of this resolution shall be complete according to the procedure established in Regulations about the supervision of Single Central Securities Depository approved by the Decision of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 158/2018.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
