1. Approve Regulations about responsible consumer lending according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of its publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.

3. From the date of entry into force of this resolution to recognize invalid:

3.1. Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 101/2022 on approval of Regulations on responsible consumer lending by banks;

3.2. The resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 20/5/2022 about approval of Regulations about the requirements of responsible crediting applied to non-bank credit institutions.
