About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning the minimum reserve requirements and submission of the reporting by the organizations performing separate types of banking activities

1. Approve the enclosed list of some resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions concerning the minimum reserve requirements and submission of the reporting by the organizations performing separate types of banking activities are made (further – the List).

2. To provide to department of monetary policy of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Legal department of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the supervising vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2026, except for:

paragraphs two, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth, fifteenth and sixteenth Item 1 of the List, paragraphs of the sixteenth, seventeenth, eighteenth, nineteenth, twenty second, twenty third, twenty fourth, twenty fifth, twenty sixth, sixty seventh, sixty eighth and sixty ninth Item 2 of the List, paragraphs of third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, sixteenth, seventeenth and eighteenth Item 3 of the List which become effective after 10 (ten) calendar days after day of its first official publication;

paragraphs of the fourteenth, fifteenth, twenty seventh, twenty eighth, twenty ninth Item 2 of the List which become effective since July 12, 2026.

Suspend:

till July 1, 2026 action:

paragraphs of the eighth, ninth and tenth Item 3 of the List, having determined that during suspension these paragraphs are effective in the following edition:

"5-1) report on remaining balance on balance sheet accounts in form according to appendix 7-1 to Rules – monthly, no later than the fifteenth working day of the month following month under report;";

appendices 10 to the List, having determined that during suspension this appendix is effective in edition according to appendix to this resolution;

till July 12, 2026 action:

the paragraph of the forty first Item 2 of the List, having determined that during suspension this paragraph is effective in the following edition:

"The organization by means of the information system "Web Portal of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" sends to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan the notice on the bonds included in the third category of obligations of the organization according to appendix of 8 Rules (further – the Notice of the organization) to which confirms compliance of release of such bonds to the conditions specified in this Item.";

the paragraph of the sixty fifth Item 2 of the List, having determined that during suspension this paragraph is effective in the following edition:

"The status of accomplishment by the organization of the minimum reserve requirements is created in the information system "Web Portal of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" after representation by the organization of the report specified in part six of Item 19 of Rules for the last working day of the period of forming.";

Item 3 appendices to the form intended for collection of administrative data on a grant basis "The report on the faces tied with the organization performing separate types of banking activities, the special relations and transactions with them" appendices 9 to Rules of submission of the reporting by the organizations performing separate types of banking activities according to appendix 11 to the List, having determined that during suspension this Item is effective in the following edition:

"3. When filling the Form codes are specified according to the reference books placed in the information system "Web Portal of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – System).";

Item 15 of appendix to the form intended for collection of administrative data on a grant basis "The report on the faces tied with the organization performing separate types of banking activities, the special relations and transactions with them" appendices 9 to Rules of submission of the reporting by the organizations performing separate types of banking activities according to appendix 11 to the List, having determined that during suspension this Item is effective in the following edition:

"15. In line 2.1 of Table 2 it is specified референс (code) of the transaction which serves as the unique identifier of this transaction in information system of the organization performing separate types of banking activities.".
