1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 865 "About some questions of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change and amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

in Item 15:

exclude subitem 162-4);

add with subitem 162-10) of the following content:

"162-10) provides to single system of accounting, the legal entity providing functioning of single system of accounting and also the legal entity involved by it for rendering services of payment institute, uninterrupted access to the list of persons limited in participation in gamblings and (or) bet;";

add with subitems 185-19) and 185-20) of the following content:

"185-19) establishes the reasons and conditions promoting making of offenses and takes measures for their elimination within the competence;

185-20) together with other state bodies and public organizations coordinates work on involvement of persons inclined to making of offenses, including the youth staying on the registry in law enforcement agencies in occupation physical culture and sport;".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
