According to Item 2 of article 43 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About subsoil and subsurface use" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining the list of strategic subsoil plots on uranium.

2. In the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide to department of the nuclear industry and subsurface use of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy (further - the Agency):

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Agency after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Department of legal service of the Agency of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-chairman of the Agency.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since February 26, 2026.
