1. Approve the enclosed Rules of submission of the reporting by self-regulatory organization in the field of microfinancial activities and self-regulatory organization in the field of collection activities, the list, forms and terms of its representation.

2. To provide to department of regulation of the non-bank organizations in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Legal department state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the supervising vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. Rules of submission of the reporting by self-regulatory organization in the field of microfinancial activities and self-regulatory organization in the field of collection activities, the list, forms and terms of its representation (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics", the subitem 10) of item 4 of article 29-8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About microfinancial activities" and the subitem 10) of item 4 of article 19-4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About collection activities" and determine procedure for submission to authorized body by regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further – authorized body) the reporting self-regulatory organization in the field of microfinancial activities and self-regulatory organization in the field of collection activities, including the list, forms and terms of its representation.

Chapter 2. Procedure for representation of Forms

2. The reporting is submitted in authorized body in electronic form.

3. The list of the reporting of self-regulatory organization in the field of microfinancial activities and self-regulatory organization in the field of collection activities is established by appendix 1 to Rules.
