1. General provisions

1. This Methodical control directive risks when carrying out the transactions connected with dual-use goods and high priority (further - the Methodical management), is developed for the purpose of ensuring effective management of komplayens-risks in case of identification, assessment and risk management when carrying out the transactions connected with dual-use goods and high priority.

2. The methodical management is directed to increase in awareness of commercial banks on the risks arising when carrying out transactions with dual-use goods and high priority.

3. Present Methodical manual can be used by commercial banks (further - banks) when forming domestic policy of bank for the purpose of decrease in risks.
