I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 3, 2025 No. 67 "About approval of Rules of payment of subsidies for reduction in cost of cost of the costs connected with grain transportation, and Rules of subsidizing of the expenses of the national company in the field of agro-industrial complex connected with grain transportation" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 35770) the following changes:

state preamble in the following edition:

"According to Item 2 of article 94 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics", I ORDER:";

1) in Rules of payment of subsidies for reduction in cost of cost of the costs connected with transportation of grain, approved by the specified order:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. These rules of payment of subsidies for reduction in cost of cost of the costs connected with grain transportation (further – Rules), are developed according to Item 2 of article 94 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and determine payment procedure of subsidies for reduction in cost of cost of the costs connected with grain transportation (further – budget subsidies).";

appendices 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to the specified rules to be reworded as follows according to appendices 1, of 2, of 3, 4 and 5 to this order;

2) in Rules of subsidizing of the expenses of the national company in the field of agro-industrial complex connected with transportation of grain, approved by the specified order:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. These rules of subsidizing of the expenses of the national company in the field of agro-industrial complex connected with grain transportation (further – Rules), are developed according to Item 2 of article 94 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics", and determine procedure for subsidizing of the expenses of the national company in the field of agro-industrial complex connected with grain transportation (further – budget subsidies).";

appendices 1 and 2 to the specified rules to be reworded as follows according to appendices 6 and 7 to this order.

2. To provide to department of agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
