1. Approve Regulations on Head department of information technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time in accordance with the established procedure:

1) to take the measures following from this resolution;

2) to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

3. Determine that the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution are performed within the approved number of staff and means provided to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in the republican budget for the corresponding years.

4. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About formation of Head department of information technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 17, 2016 No. 336;

2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About formation of Head department of information technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 17, 2016 No. 336" of May 2, 2018 No. 222;
