About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the Licensed register on implementation of economic activity on medical practice

According to Item 3 of the Procedure for forming and maintaining the licensed register approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 26, 2020 No. 755, of Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 No. 90),

I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the Licensed register on implementation of economic activity on medical practice which is applied.

2. Determine that date of commissioning (operation) of the Licensed register on implementation of economic activity on medical practice is established by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine which will be promulgated on its official website.

3. (Dmitry Lukyanov) to provide to department of digital transformations in health care:

1) Submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine after implementation of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister concerning digital development, digital transformations and digitalization Maria Karchevich.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
