The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Introduce in Item 1 § 44 Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2025, No. 75, the Art. 5136), the enclosed change.
2. Cancel Item of 2 changes made to Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 19, 2025 No. 1491 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2025 No. 97, the Art. 6788).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since November 19, 2025.

The developer submits the draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers to Ministry of Justice for conducting legal examination together with the explanatory note, approval materials (letters with the notes and offers and conclusions provided by Items 5 and 5-1 § 33 presents of Regulations), and also the comparative table (if the draft of the act provides introduction of amendments to other acts of the Cabinet of Ministers).
The draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers does not require conducting legal examination by Ministry of Justice:
on personnel problems;
