The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the inventory which are exempted from the taxation by import duty and transactions on which import to customs area of Ukraine are exempted from the taxation by the value added tax if such goods are imported on customs area of Ukraine within agreements under which financing is carried out at the expense of the Secretariat of the Energy Community approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 18, 2024 No. 1193 "Some questions of realization of Item 9-37 of the Section XXI" Final and transitional provisions "The customs code of Ukraine and Item 88-1 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 97, the Art. 6209), having stated it in the enclosed edition.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective during effective period of Item 9-37 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine and Item 88-1 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine.
