2) Item 5 of the List of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning banking regulation to which changes and additions are made the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the resolution on regulation and development of the financial market of May 16, 2025 No. 15 "About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning banking regulation" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 36127).
3. To provide to department of methodology and prudential regulation of the financial organizations in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) together with Legal department state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
