About approval of the Regulations on procedure for state registration, re-registration and refusal in registration of mass media
According to part 5 of article 13 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About mass media", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for state registration, re-registration and refusal in registration of mass media according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time to take measures for entering of data into the Register of mass media on the mass media which are earlier registered, re-registered and stopped activities.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on order of registration of mass media in the Kyrgyz Republic and the Procedure for maintaining the State register of mass media" of March 15, 2019 No. 121.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
