According to subitem 2-1) of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the Inventory to which export customs duties, the size of rates and term of their action according to appendix 1 to this order are applied;

2) Rules of calculation of the size of rates of export customs duties on crude oil and oil products according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of foreign trade activity of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) within five calendar days from the date of signing of this order the direction it electronically in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of the notification in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on adoption of this order;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
