About creation of special economic zone "Industrial trade and logistic Ala Tau complex

According to the subitem 2) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About special economic and industrial zones" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create special economic zone "The industrial trade and logistic Ala Tau complex (further – SEZ "ITLK "Ala Tau") for the period till December 31, 2051.

2. Approve enclosed:

1) Regulations on SEZ "ITLK "Ala Tau";

2) SEZ target indicators "ITLK "Ala Tau".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The special economic zone "The industrial trade and logistic Ala Tau complex (further – SEZ) is located in the territory of Kordaysky district of Jambyl area in borders according to appendix to this Provision.

The territory of SEZ constitutes 165 hectares and is integral part of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. SEZ is created for the purpose of:

1) the accelerated development of modern high-productive and competitive productions, investment attraction, implementation of new technologies in region economy industries, and also population employment increases;
