According to the subitem 2) Item 2 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About digital assets in the Republic of Kazakhstan" Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the DECIDES: financial market

1. Approve the enclosed Conditions and rules of release, placement, turnover (address) and repayment of digital financial assets as which underlying asset financial instruments act (including securities, including derivative securities, derivative financial instruments, other digital financial asset), financial asset, property rights (requirements), goods and (or) other property, except for money, and also in the form of the financial instruments issued in electronic and digital form on digital platform of the operator of platform of digital financial assets (further - Rules).

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the security market:

1) together with Legal department state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.
