I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made (further – the list).

2. To provide to department of employment of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within three working days after execution of subitems 1) and 2) this Item provision in Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on their execution.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since July 12, 2026, except for Item paragraph two 7, of paragraph two of Item 8 of the list which become effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
