About approval of amendments in appendix to the Order No. 66/2010
Based on provision of Art. 104 of the item g) Tax code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of 08.02.2007), with subsequent changes and amendments, and - the companies of light industry and types of service rendered by them in the territory of the Republic of Moldova to applicants of customs regime of conversion on customs area, exempted from the VAT with the deduction right and about administration of the services provided by these companies (28.05.2004 is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, Art. No. 83-87, 660,), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER to item 2 of the Order of the Government No. 519/2004 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for creation and approval of the List of economic agents:
1. Approve according to appendix of amendment in appendix to the Order No. 66/2010 on approval of the List of economic agents companies of light industry and the types of service rendered by them in the territory of the Republic of Moldova to applicants of customs regime of conversion on customs area, exempted from the VAT with the deduction right.
2. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
