Chapter I. General provisions

1. The regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency of cyber security (further - the Provision) determine the mission, sphere of activity, functions, obligations, the rights and procedure for its organization.

2. The agency of cyber security (further - the Agency) is the administrative authority subordinated to the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization, with the status of the legal entity of the public law, with the location in municipium of Chisinau which has the name, seal with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Moldova, treasurer accounts, and also other characteristic attributes of public bodies established by the legislation.
