About the organization of work within the Eurasian reinsurance company

For the purpose of ensuring interaction between state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning preparation of line items for meetings of Board of governors of the Eurasian reinsurance company, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for consideration of documents (materials), preparation of line items concerning the agenda of meetings of Board of governors of the Eurasian reinsurance company (further - EPK) according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

1) coordination of work within EPK and preparation of line item of the representative of the Kyrgyz Republic in Board of governors of EPK concerning the agenda of meetings of EPK is performed by the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) heads of authorized state bodies and their deputies bear the personal responsibility for timely and high-quality preparation of line items taking into account interests of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
