1. Approve the Procedure for project implementation "Preferential crediting of subjects of the jewelry industry" (further - the Project) according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:

1) in coordination with Financial Committee to allocate to the budget, entrepreneurship and development of the competition of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic 87100000, ((eighty seven million hundred thousand) catfishes for subsidizing of interest rates for credit products of Abank and Eldik Bank open joint stock companies for project implementation;

2) in case of project development of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026 and planning period of 2027-2028" to provide the changes following from this order;

3) to provide financing of the Project the next years.

3. Under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and to Department of precious metals under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic quarterly to report to the State Tax Service results of monitoring of target use of means by the borrowers who obtained soft credits on the Project to the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic.
