About approval of the Regulations on organization of events on ensuring information security and cyberprotection of financial services by suppliers

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 5, 10 Laws of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", article 113 of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance", for the purpose of establishment for suppliers of financial services of requirements for information security and cyberprotection in the markets of the financial services Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Approve Regulations on organization of events on ensuring information security and kiberzashchitypredostavitel of financial services (further - the Provision) which is applied.

2. To suppliers of financial services within 12 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to bring the activities into accord with requirements of the Provision.

3. To department of safety (Alexander Palamarchuk) after official publication to inform suppliers of financial services information on adoption of this resolution.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Head of the National Bank of Ukraine Andrey Pyshny.

5. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
