About non-financial support of foreign economic activity

For the purpose of enhancement of foreign economic activity and based on part two of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z

1. Determine that:

complex non-financial support of foreign economic activity of legal entities, and also the individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus (further – subjects of managing), is performed by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (further, unless otherwise specified, – BELTPP) and the republican unitary enterprise "National Center of Support of Export" (further, unless otherwise specified, – NTsPE) according to the functions which are carried out by them according to appendix 1 (further – functions);

NTsPE performs direct interaction with subjects of managing, state bodies and the organizations *, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to the solution of the questions connected with foreign economic activity, including promotion of goods and services on foreign markets, expert maintenance concerning elimination of the barriers, withdrawals and restrictions interfering implementation of foreign economic activity, according to the procedure, determined by this resolution.

* For the purposes of this resolution state bodies and the organizations are understood as the republican state bodies, other organizations subordinated to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom.

2. Approve Regulations on order of interaction of the republican unitary enterprise "National Center of Support of Export" with state bodies and the organizations, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus for the solution of the questions connected with foreign economic activity it (is applied).
