About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan
I DECIDE:
1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - changes and amendments).
2. This Decree becomes effective since July 12, 2026, except for paragraphs:
1) the third, fourth and fifth subitem 4) Item of 1 changes and amendments which become effective since January 1, 2027;
2) the sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth, fourteenth, fifteenth, sixteenth, forty third and forty fourth subitem 4) Item 1, the subitem 3) Item of 2 changes and amendments which become effective from the date of its signing.
