WE ORDER:
1. Bring in the joint order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 8, 2016 No. 227 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 17, 2016 No. 373 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree and checking sheets behind compliance with law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about gaming" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 14313) the following changes:
in the Criteria for evaluation of risk degree behind compliance with law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about gaming approved by appendix 1 to the specified joint order:

The system of assessment and risk management is conducted with use of the digital systems carrying subjects (objects) of control to specific risk degrees and creating schedules or lists of holding control actions and also is based on the state statistics, results of departmental statistical observation, and also information tools.
In the absence of digital system of assessment and risk management minimum admissible threshold of amount of subjects (objects) of control concerning which are performed preventive control with visit of subject (object) of control and (or) check on compliance to requirements shall not exceed five percent from total quantity of such subjects of control.";
to state heading of appendix 1 in the following edition:
"Extents of violations of the requirements to subjects (objects) of control of compliance with law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about gaming performing activities of casino and slot machine halls for carrying out preventive control with visit";
to state heading of appendix 2 in the following edition:
"Extents of violations of the requirements to subjects (objects) of control of compliance with law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about gaming performing activities of casino and slot machine halls for conducting checks on compliance to qualification requirements";
be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this joint order;
to state heading of appendix 4 in the following edition:
"Extents of violations of the requirements to subjects (objects) of control of compliance with law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about gaming performing activities of bookmaker offices and totalizators for conducting checks on compliance to qualification requirements";
in the Checking leaf in the field of the state control of compliance with law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about gaming concerning the organizers of gaming performing activities of the casino approved by appendix 2 to the specified joint order:
state heading in the following edition:
"Checking leaf behind compliance with law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about gaming according to article 138 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning the organizers of gaming performing activities of casino";
add with the paragraph of the following content:

add with the paragraph of the following content:

2. To provide to committee on regulation of gaming and lottery of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) after enforcement of this joint order placement it on Internet resource of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within three working days after execution of subitems 1) and 2) Item 2 presents of the joint order, submission of information on execution to Department of legal service of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) within five working days after state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its direction in Committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement in the information system "Unified Register of Subjects and Objects of Checks".
3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising deputy minister of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
