1. Establish requirements and features of evaluating compliance, and also release into the stream of commerce of the vehicles imported from the third countries by representatives of foreign manufacturers from the date of whose production there passed no more than 3 years, according to appendix to this resolution.

2. To provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan primary state registration of the vehicles which underwent assessment of conformity according to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and is effective till December 31, 2028.
