I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2015 No. 4 "About approval of forms of notifications and Regulations of Admission of notifications by state bodies, and also about determination of the state bodies performing acceptance of notifications" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10194) the following changes and amendments:

add Item 1 with subitem 2-1) of the following content:

"2-1) form of the notification on the beginning or the termination of activities of platform of exchange and turnover of products of digital data according to appendix 2-1 to this order;";

State bodies, the approved specified order to be reworded as follows Regulations of Admission of notifications according to appendix 1 to this order;

add with appendix 2-1 according to appendix 2 to this order;

to be reworded as follows the form of the notification on the beginning of installation and construction works approved by the specified order according to appendix 3 to this order;

form of the notification on the beginning or the termination of activities as the taxpayer performing separate types of activity – gaming, utverzhenny the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 4 to this order;

the form of the notification on the beginning or the termination of operation of radio-electronic means for radio amateur services approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 5 to this order.

2. To provide to department of policy of development of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since July 12, 2026 and is subject to official publication.

Regulations of Admission of notifications state bodies

These rules are developed according to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for acceptance of notifications by state bodies.

1. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) the accepting organization – the state body performing acceptance of notifications;

2) the final receiver – the state body keeping the state digital register of the subjects which notified on the beginning or the termination of implementation of activities or action.

2. The accepting organization provides free provision to applicants of forms of notifications for their filling.

3. In case of submission of the notification on paper:

the notification, moves directly to the official of the accepting organization;

in cases, stipulated in Item the 5th article 46 of the Law necessary documents are attached to the notification;

the official of the accepting organization checks completeness of filling of the notification and availability of necessary documents, according to the Law;
