About recognition voided some joint orders

According to Item 2 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About legal acts" we ORDER:

1. Recognize invalid some joint orders according to appendix to this joint order.

2. To provide to department on work with subjects of financial monitoring of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial monitoring in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial monitoring after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal support department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial monitoring of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial monitoring.

4. This joint order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
