1. No. 42 "About provision of powers" to add Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 23, 2026 with subitem 2.4 of the following content:
"2.4. the cumulative number of the motor vehicles with electric motors included in registers in 2026 cannot exceed 20 thousand units. At the same time:
the number of the motor vehicles with electric motors imported (imported) in 2026 with the exemption of import customs duty provided in subitem 7.1.81 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130, cannot exceed 13 800 units;
the number of the motor vehicles with electric motors imported (imported) in 2026 with the exemption of customs duties, taxes provided in Item 9 of appendix 3 to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 20, 2017 No. 107, cannot exceed 6200 units.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
