1. Approve:
1) Rules of creation of commissions of experts (expert groups) and involvement of specialists (experts) (specialized institutes and the organizations) for participation in complex non-departmental examination of construction projects, and also complex town-planning examination of town-planning projects (further - Rules), according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) the List of invalid some orders, according to appendix 2 to this order.
2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
5. Determine that since July 1, 2028 the subitem 4) of Item 2 of Rules is effective in the following edition:
