About the export customs duties on rawhide

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for realization of rawhide I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 1, 2011 No. 40 "About establishment of rates of export customs duties on rawhide" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1 of the word of "state members of Eurasian economic community" shall be replaced with words "customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union";

1.2. add the Decree with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Exempt in 2026-2027 from payment of export customs duty the goods which are exported from the territory of the Republic of Belarus out of the limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union classified by codes 4104 and 4106 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.";

1.3. in appendix to the Decree of the word of "state members of Eurasian economic community" and Customs union to replace respectively with words of "customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" and Eurasian Economic Union.

2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
