About change of resolutions of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2017 No. 13 and of December 3, 2020 No. 82
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2023 No. 598 "About the services relating the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus to spheres of natural monopolies, the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade", DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. No. 13 "About rates for services of transport terminals" to be reworded as follows appendices 1-3 to the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2017 (are applied);
1.2. No. 82 "About rates for transportations of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by rail" to be reworded as follows appendices 1-23 to the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of December 3, 2020 (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
