About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 18, 2024 No. 768
Based on the paragraph of the sixth of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2024 "About insurance activity" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 344-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 18, 2024 No. 768 "About voluntary insurance of life and additional pension" the following changes:
add Item 1 with part of the following content:
"The type of economic activity is determined according to the nation-wide qualifier of the Republic of Belarus OKRB 005-2011 "Types of economic activity" and shall be core activity of the organization signing agreements of voluntary insurance of life for benefit of the physical persons working in this organization for employment contracts.";
in parts one and the second Item 3 of the word "Item 1" shall be replaced with words "Item 1 parts one";
to be reworded as follows appendix to this resolution it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
