1. Approve Regulations on state registration (re-registration) of medical products (products of medical appointment, medical equipment) it (is applied).
2. Resolve realization and (or) medical application (operation) till the expiry date (operation) of medical products (the products of medical appointment, medical equipment) imported into the Republic of Belarus or made (made) in the Republic of Belarus during action of the registration certificate in case of the expiration of its action.
3. Bring in the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing, No. approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 548, of change according to appendix 1.
4. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.
5. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
