About modification of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of individual protection equipment" (TP TS 019/2011)"

According to article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 29 of appendix № 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of individual protection equipment" (TP of TS 019/2011) accepted by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 878, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 12 months from the date of its official publication, except for paragraphs of third - fifth subitem "d" of Item 6, the paragraph of the eighteenth subitem "e" and the subitem "zh" of Item of 12 changes (appendix to this Decision) which become effective from the effective date decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission on modification of the list of the international and regional (interstate) standards, and in case of their absence - the national (state) standards containing rules and methods of researches (testing) and measurements, including the rules of sampling necessary for application and execution of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of individual protection equipment" (TR CU 019/2011) and implementation of assessment of conformity of objects of technical regulation, No. approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of March 3, 2020 30, regarding inclusion in it of the corresponding interstate standards.

The changes made to the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of individual protection equipment" (TR CU 019/2011)

1. The ninth Item 1.3 after the word "insects" to add the paragraph with the words "and arachnoid (pincers)";

2. In the subitem 4 of Item 1.7 of the word "and in microbiology" to exclude.

3. In Section 2:

the self-rescuer filtering - the individual protection equipment of respiratory organs or respiratory organs, sight and integuments of the head providing purification of the air inhaled by the user from the environment, intended for evacuation from the dangerous atmosphere which is characterized by availability of chemical and biological factors which level can exceed the established standard rates;";

m) the thirtieth to exclude the paragraph;
