1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out the state accreditation of physical persons and legal entities on implementation on permanent and/or professional basis of intermediary activities in the field of transfer of technologies which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

This Procedure determines the organization-legal principles of carrying out the state accreditation of physical persons and legal entities on implementation on permanent and/or professional basis of intermediary activities in the field of transfer of technologies (dalshegosudarstvenny accreditation).
2. Carrying out the state accreditation is performed by MON.
3. For carrying out the state accreditation State commission concerning accreditation of physical persons and legal entities on implementation on permanent and/or professional basis of intermediary activities in the field of transfer of technologies is formed of representatives of the central executive bodies (dalshekomissiya).
