2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 26, 2007 No. 861 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out the state accreditation of physical persons and legal entities on implementation on permanent and/or professional basis of intermediary activities in the field of transfer of technologies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 48, the Art. 1964);
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 4, 2009 No. 1178 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 26, 2007 No. 861" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 85, the Art. 2881);
the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 6, 2008 No. 252 "About transfer of MON of powers on approval of procedure for maintaining the State register of agreements on transfer of technologies".
