About approval of standard regulations on body (department) of maintaining the State register of voters and about regional body (department) of administration of the State register of voters

According to part two of article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State register of voters" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve applied:

Standard regulations on body (department) of maintaining the State register of voters;

Standard regulations on regional body (department) of administration of the State register of voters.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to determine structural division which will perform functions of body of maintaining and regional body of administration of the State register of voters in the structure and to approve regulations on it.

Regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city, district, district in Kiev and Sevastopol to public administrations, executive bodies city (district in the cities) councils to approve regulations on relevant organ (department).

3. Recommend to the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea to take measures for ensuring implementation by the electoral commission of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea powers of regional body of administration of the State register of voters according to the Law of Ukraine "About the State register of voters" and the Standard regulations on regional body (department) of administration of the State register of voters approved by this resolution.
