About approval of Rules of accreditation of the expert organizations and requirements to heads of the expert organizations performing complex non-departmental examination of construction projects

According to subitems 36) and 50) of article 24 of the Construction Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) Rules of accreditation of the expert organizations according to appendix 1 to this order (further - Rules);

2) Requirements to heads of the expert organizations performing complex non-departmental examination of construction projects according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Declare invalid some orders according to the list according to appendix 3 to this order.

3. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Determine that since July 12, 2026:

"9. Legal entities (further – uslugopoluchatel) for receipt of the state service send in electronic form with the filled form of data witnessed by the digital signature (further - the EDS) to the service provider through the web portal of "the digital government" www.egov.kz (further - the portal) or digital system in the field of architecture, town planning and construction of "e-Qurylys.kz" (www.equrylys.kz) (further – digital system) according to appendix 3 to these rules.".
