I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 20, 2021 No. 335 "About approval of the Form of the passport of dangerous wastes" (further – the Form) (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 24386) the following changes:

"According to article 343 of the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" I ORDER:";

To be reworded as follows the form approved by the specified order according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to department of waste management of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The explanation on filling of form of the passport of dangerous wastes

1. This form is intended for collection of the administrative data created for the purpose of implementation of requirements of the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The concepts used in this explanation are applied in the values determined by the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and also other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. According to the subitem 3) article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics", administrative data – individual quantitative (measured by means of numbers) and (or) high-quality (built by certain principle and (or) sign) data on physical person or legal entity and the data of pokhozyaystvenny accounting created by administrative sources, except for primary statistical and alternative data.
