About modification and amendments in some orders

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders to which changes and amendment, according to appendix to this order are made.

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

5. Determine that since July 1, 2026:

the paragraph of the twenty sixth of Item 1 of the List is effective in the following edition:

"4. The central state bodies, local executive bodies of the capital, areas, cities of republican value, areas, cities of regional value, akims of areas in the city, the cities of district value, settlements, villages, rural districts and service providers within 3 (three) working days from approval date and (or) change, amendment of the subordinate regulatory legal act determining procedure for rendering the state service staticize information on procedure for its rendering and send to Single contact center and to the operator of information and communication infrastructure of "the electronic government".

Determine that since July 12, 2026:

5. The authorized company (further – Uslugopoluchatel), for receipt of the state service, within 5 (five) working days from the date of the conclusion of the Agreement or the Agreement within renovation, the shareholder or the shareholder within renovation sends the request for registration of the Agreement or the Agreement within renovation electronically to the Service provider by means of:

1) digital object – www.qazreestr.kz Systems;

2) the web portal integrated with System by means of technology of single entrance (single sign-on);

3) digital object of Uslugopoluchatel integrated with System.";

the paragraph of the forty seventh of Item 1 of the List is effective in the following edition:

"15. The service provider provides entering of data on stage of rendering the state service into digital monitoring system of rendering the state services according to the procedure, determined by authorized body in the field of digitalization according to the subitem 11) of Item 2 of article 5 of the Law on state services.";

appendix 2 to Item 1 of the List is effective in edition according to appendix 2 to this order.

The housing cooperative (further – Uslugopoluchatel), for receipt of the state service, within 5 (five) working days from the date of the conclusion with the unitholder of the agreement of participation in housing cooperative sends the request for its registration electronically to the Service provider by means of digital object – the www.qazreestr.kz Systems.";
