Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2023 No. 598 "About the services relating the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus to spheres of natural monopolies, the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade", DECIDES:
1. Establish gas price liquefied for filling of gas cylinders with amount of 1 l (kg 0,4), 5 l (kg 2,0), 12 l (kg 5,0), 27 l (kg 11,4) realized to the population in the amount of 1 ruble 73 kopeks for 1 kg.
2. Establish rate for transportation service of natural gas on system of distribution pipelines of the republican unitary enterprises "Brestoblgaz", "Vitebskoblgaz", "Gomelyoblgaz", "Grodnooblgaz", "Minskoblgaz", "Mingaz", "Mogilevoblgaz" in the amount of 25 rubles 11 kopeks for 1000 CBM.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
