4. In Item 2 of the Order of the Government No. 14/2023 on the organization and functioning of the National agency on safety of foodstuff (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 10-12, 24), with subsequent changes, to replace figures "255" with figures "266", and the text "the 776th unit" - the text of "765 units".

6. In the Order of the Government No. 284/2025 on regulation of procedure for the organization and functioning of the central industry bodies of public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2025, Art. No. 245-248, 289) to make the following changes:

6.1. notes to appendix to Standard structure of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the central administrative authority which is under supervision of the Government to add with Item 3 following of content:

"3. If the extreme number of staff of the central administrative authority makes less than 40 units of personnel, according to the decision of his head, the divisions specified in Item 2, can be organized differently, than is stated in this annex, with observance of the established extreme number";

6.2. notes to appendix to Standard structure of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the administrative authority subordinated to the ministry to add with Item 3 following of content:

"3. If the extreme number of staff of the administrative authority subordinated to the ministry makes less than 40 units of personnel, according to the decision of the head of body, the divisions specified in Item 2, can be organized differently, than is stated in this annex, with observance of the established extreme number".

7. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
